Enhanced ShadowNet for NATO SOF (eSNS) Administrator Course

The Enhanced ShadowNet for NATO SOF (eSNS) Administrator Course provides technical training for personnel responsible for the administration, management, security, sustainment, and support of the eSNS environment. The course prepares administrators to manage users, devices, services, collaboration platforms, COP systems, TAK servers, federation services, and network interoperability across national and multinational eSNS environments.

Course Aim
  • To develop qualified eSNS administrators capable of managing, securing, sustaining, and supporting NATO SOF eSNS capabilities across national and multinational networks.
Objectives
    • Understand eSNS architecture, infrastructure, and governance.
    • Conduct user provisioning and identity management.
    • Manage device enrolment and configuration.
    • Administer communications and collaboration services.
    • Configure and maintain COP services.
    • Administer TAK servers and associated plug-ins.
    • Conduct incident management and troubleshooting.
    • Support federation and interoperability with national systems.
